I went for a pedicure and it was 6:30 they could not get me out fast enough. They were not focus on customer they were 100 💯 focused on ending the day and going home. Not pleased with service at all. They also wanted to charge a 3.00 fee for a different polish. Come on…..I asked them for 5 more minutes because I had sneakers on, she proceeded to ask me to wear the flip flops out. They were so rushed and my french tips were uneven.Also, only 2 others were in the store at the time.So rude and quick not much effort but into it

This was by far the most rushed nail salon experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff hurried me to pick a color. One of them came over and quickly started suggesting multiple shades, almost like she was in a rush to go somewhere. I wanted to take my time and choose my own color, but she insisted, saying “This one is pretty, just do this,” and took the samples away. The salon is in desperate need of a face lift. The girl who did my M&P was rude and quick. I told her I had my own box and she replied, ok and didn’t get up to get it. The window has been boarded up since before Christmas and it smelled like a restaurant when I walked it in. It was offensive for a nail salon. I believe the customers who have an appointment get the better treatment. And, I paid more than I did the last time I was there. I didn’t get any color for my mani.
