Shoddy work. Had them come back numerous times to fix a problem with a soft spot in my Quick Step laminate flooring that wouldn’t have been an issue if they leveled the concrete floor right the first time (as a professional installer should). After constantly having them come back and just stuffing floor matting underneath the bad install instead of removing the section and fixing it correctly I just stopped calling. Stay away!
