Company was hired to remove a car wrap which they had installed. After service, car shows several scratch marks and damages clearly due to the poor removal of the wrap. When vehicle was delivered the damages were noticed, we immediately contacted Bee Idea and spoke with Hitallo Bold (owner). Owner showed absolutely no respect for our claims, constantly interrupting our explanation, and saying that we simply hired his company to remove the wrap, as if delivering the car without scratches wasn't their obligation.
