The owner of Bee Happy Building, John McInroe, defrauded me out of $45,000 on a $190,000 building. Midway through the building process he asked for a check to pay for the electric but he used that money for his own purposes. He told me if i wanted my electric any time soon that i’d have to find me another electrician and pay him the same amount, which i did in order to keep the project moving.
