Very unprofessional never inspected inside the attic or infested area but still gave me a $950 quote that he said was on the lower side. The technician also stated that he doesn't need to inspect the area since he's been doing it for 14 years and only needs to look at where he's going to be opening up the roof to get to the hive even though the attic space is really easy to access.
Very unprofessional. We were home and didn't hear any knocking or honking. He waited 4 minutes and left. Then proceeded to give me a quote based on his experience and the fact that the bees were located in the roof BUT he never saw the bees or the area of concern. We ended up going into the attic and there was no hive. Probably just a swarm looking for a new home. We ended up reinforcing the attic breeze vent to prevent any potential renters. If he had performed an inspection, he could have saved us this headache and shared ... read more
