Geat sales team that stands by their products! Very helpful! The snapper pro line makes great mowers, but upgrade to something other than a Briggs and Stratton motor to power it. Had an issue with the Briggs and Stratton motor leaking oil on my Snapper Pro zero turn. It was a known problem with the motor and Briggs refused to cover it. Lance went above and beyond and got Snapper Pro to help get it covered.
Called today to rent an excavator. Lance answered the phone and gave me prices. When I asked if there was a better deal he could do he said no and hung up on me. I called back and asked if he hung up he said yes he doesn't take kindly to the customer trying to make his own deals. I will never do business here and I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! I have never been treated so poorly at any other retailer in my life.

Dont rent from these scammers! They act like they cant make a mistake. Told us that equipment was due back by 430 on a Saturday, mind you this is my first time(and last) I have rented from this place. We take equipment back at 2 pm Saturday to see a sign that says they close at 1 pm Saturday. Went from being charged $200 for an auger to $500 because we didnt get it back until 9 am Monday.
