We have had service with them since February. We had an issue with billing and our garbage wasn't picked up one week, (NO fault of either of us). Mark with BEE Garbage got the situation handled that evening and everything straightened out for us. He was courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend their service.
I've came to the onsite disposal many times. As a contractor who lives in Mt Vernon it's easier to go there than to one of the far away land fills. I had noticed that each time I come the cost is more. Even when my load is way lighter than before. I think it's crazy and bad customer service, that the grumpy old lady that I guess controls everything is able to just come up with a number to charge for disposal. Worst garbage company ever. Poor service and customer service.
Most pitiful excuse for waste removal i have ever heard of. The don't come every week. You are lucky if they come once s month. The pitiful truck drivers may have to get out and do their job. When they skip your garbage pickup, it's always " cans were blocked". How do you block garbage cans setting 2 foot from "Main" 2 lane blacktop road? , keep in mind, 30 feet on each side are garbage cans that do get picked up.
