Very bad experience at this dental clinic. The service was poor and the staff were not friendly or professional. I was not happy with the treatment, and I felt like I did not get good value for my money. I would not recommend this clinic.
Could not dead my tooth but went to AI cheaper faster and didn't have to use anthesia.
This is by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to! I called 7/3/26 to make an appt. They finally called back on 7/7/26 and gave me a surgery date of 7/27/26. Literally 30 mins later, The lady called back and said the dr needed to consult with us a week before surgery and asked us to come in 7/21. Upon arrival on the 21st., they tell us we don’t have any appointment. I was very confused and asked them about the surgery scheduled on the 27th, and she says there’s no surgery scheduled either. Do not I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!!!.. a woman whom I assume was Mr won dental assistant assisted me to the room where I was supposed to have an extraction of teeth pulled. She proceeded to prepare me for an IV in my hand. As the so called dental assistant was prepping I saw the dental instruments where already open and soaking in some type of liquid, which gave me an unsanitary feeling, then she proceeded to try to Stick me with an IV needle with no gloves on and when she realized that the IV didn't take she then wiped the b... read more
