Took about 2 weeks for an appointment. The day of the appointment, I was asked to change to the next day which I didn’t mind doing. Then, 30 mins before my appointment, I was told they couldn’t do it and the next appointment is another 2 weeks away. Honestly, this is terrible customer service. Summer is almost over and no glass coating to help with the heat. Incredibly disappointing experience with this company. They did give me a refund for the assessment fee so that was positive. My father paid over 5k for a custom glass screen door in ~2022. Waited over 6 mo. for the damn thing to be finished & installed, & 11 mo. later in 2024 the shitty pot metal handle fixtures are breaking off & they refuse to service it. These crooks deserve the worst reputation.
We priced out three Edmonton business to ensure we had the best value for our project. Bee Cool was the lowest price of the three and their service record appeared to be excellent. From the moment we spoke to their dispatcher to the final installation, they were professional, never tried to up sale us and provided a superior product that met our needs.
