Took my Grandland too be re gassed (16/8/25) wasn't over sure it needed it as it still worked...! Spoke too the manager & told me it was properly not needed, however, he put it on his machine and sure enough all was good.The service was 1st class and VERY VERY honest with me and charged me with what he thought was right. I Would Highly Recommend this company and best wishes too the manager in his future adventures đđđđ€. Thank you see you again.Â
It has gone downhill, girl on reception is quite rude, engineers do not engage customers, instead are watching videos on their phones. I'm not a fan anymore.Â
Had a problem with my aircon, within an hour they had diagnosed the problem, they asked if I had another hour spare to do the work there and then, so for a couple of hours time I was in and out with working aircon again!Â
Had my car go in as it wasnât blowing cold air. They charged ÂŁ150 and then it stops blowing cold 2 days later. This is after being told there are no leaks but magically there was one just after the new gas was put in. They donât test properly and waste your money. Wouldnât recommend to anyone. After your really professional response It shows that your shop is full of immature people. Be responsible for your mistakes and take ownership of it. A system does not leak 2 days after of you have properly tested it.Â
