The lady was very good. She didn't push me into a monthly membership once I said I was just there for a single wash. She mentioned the platinum car wash and then I settled for the one below it because it was cheaper. She was very helpful.
I gave Jen 5 stars because she made such a difference for me. The first time I went through the car wash, I was really nervous as a young driver because I was afraid I would mess something up. Jen was so kind, patient, and supportive. She never made me feel judged or embarrassed, which meant a lot. The second time I saw her, I made sure to tell her how much I appreciated her help. We truly need more people like Jen who treat others with kindness and make stressful situations feel easier. I LOVE HER AND HER ENERGY!!!

Shout out to Cayden who scrubbed my car 3 separate times 5 minutes before closing due to all of the bugs all over my car please give this man a raise
