Extremely pleased with the services i got today, Cayden was so helpful and professional.
The best car wash and nice people. One of the few places that does a good job in terms of drying, plus they offer towels if needed.
I am a longtime customer and am happy with the customer service and quality of car wash. HOWEVER, at the North Olmsted location, there are now gates that keep me from accessing JUST the vacuums. Sometimes I don’t have time for a wash, but need to vacuum out my car; I have to drive to Westlake to have this capability.
Its always something wrong with sgt clean. It seems like every location has a problem atleast 1 or 2 times a week. Im really starting to consider taking my business elsewhere.
