Sgt. Clean Car Wash is amazing! The employees are always kind and smiling, and they have gladly answered any questions I have had! I always feel welcome when I come for a car wash. I was very shocked when I came to them for the first time - I expected someone to be mindlessly directing me into the car wash, unsmiling, putting a hand up when it was time for me to stop, and pointing me to the posted directions. I stopped by Sgt clean car wash this afternoon and was really impressed. The vacuums were super convenient, so I got to clean out the inside of my car and run it thru the wash. Since I drive long distances, there was still a lot of bug guts stuck on front. When I pulled back around to ask for advice on how to care for my car, Jen went above and beyond-she took me over to the big buckets gave the front a good scrub, and even let me go thru the wash again. Jen was wonderful! She saw that I was struggling with the beg prep, she came to my aid and finish the bug prep for me. That is GREAT customer service!
My weekend trip resulted in my windshield being covered with bugs. Gabriel took extra care to pre-treat the entire front of the car. Bugs are gone and I'm very pleased.
