I ordered a $50 bouquet for my mother in law to be delivered for mother's Day. My MIL never got them. I called the Monday after getting their voicemail that says they're closed Monday and Tuesday. I called again Wednesday and got their voicemail again. I ordered a chocolate bouquet online and was mortified of what showed up for my Mother-in-law’s birthday. I am still quite upset at the experience and very embarrassed. The photo on the left is what was advertised. The photo on the right is what she received. I paid for the most expensive option so the bouquet would be full. There are so many things wrong with this, I can’t even explain. Very disappointing! I won’t make that mistake again.
