The customer service is horrible if you are a vendor. It is a low traffic location, however they say that they are "busy". I have went to the store multiple times and the only person was there was myself and the cashier. Vendors beware, your products will not sell, the entire business model is getting "rent" for your booth so they can make money. Went today for the first time, one of the ladies at the store greeted me and my partner in a very friendly manner, but when we went to the counter to pay for a pair of earrings the other lady was unfriendly and very dry and cold. I don't know what her problem was (if it was us being foreigners or that I look younger than my partner) but we didn't appreciate the funny looks she gave us and her almost disgusted attitude.
