Good customer service, fast work, explains what’s going on and answers questions.
Keith was absolutely amazing. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem same day. A few weeks later, water stopped working for a completely separate reason and Keith came out a 6pm on his way home from another job and was able to get the water back on and working. He’s an absolute professional that is friendly and always ready to help.
For my review, I will simply paste my emailed response to their quote for a residential water well. I realize that I get a little ridiculous in my reply, but I did it to make a point, and I believe it underscores the ridiculousness of their proposal.
