Very professional and outstanding workmanship! I had a major revamp of my water system involving new tanks, pumps, instruments and electrical. Because it was a retrofit, the scope was very difficult. Zach met with me several days to determine the most economical and practical way to do the retrofit. I am a chemical engineer and I had a LOT of questions. Update/response to owner: Another company did come out. Which I stated in my last paragraph. This issue I have is poor records management, leaving a message at the office for someone to maybe call you back. And having technicians that don’t seem to know what they are doing. I paid almost 200 dollars for 2 guys to flip a breaker back and forth and see if water was coming out. The crazy part is my well ended up filling back up, and I have water! Out at our well we had some valves that no longer worked and we also wanted to replace all the galvanized pipes with PVC and rework the lines from the well to the storage tank and the line to the house. The crew came out, did everything we wanted and we are very happy with the job. Our final bill was less than the estimate, which is what we paid, and they're sending us a refund of the overpayment. We will call them with any future needs and feel very good about working with such a reputable company.

I did not have a good experience. Our well went dry, and their technicians came out to inspect it. They checked the resistance of the pump, flipped the breaker on and off a few times, and then determined the pump needed to be replaced. (They had replaced the well in 2019, but the office had no records of this and wasn’t responding to my request.) They then provided me with an outrageous quote to replace the pump, told me the pump weighed a couple of thousand pounds, and claimed there was no record of my well anywhere. I call... read more
