We have used Bee at Home for 3+ years to assist with elder care for my Dad, Mother, and Grandmother - without a doubt they are wonderful, easy to work with, extremely flexible / accommodating, and caring folks. We continue to use them on a weekly basis for the characteristics stated. Mark and his staff are genuine, compassionate and knowledgeable in this space and have been immensely helpful to me to navigate a very challenging period of time for our family here in NC.
Bee at Home was great to work with in caring for my mom during the week while my husband and I worked. Mark was great to work with in accommodating our ever changing schedules. He was always very quick to respond via phone or email and communication was seamless. Bee at Home of Clayton helped to provide services for my mom who suffers from Alzheimers/Dementia. She is a one of a kind lady, and Mark took the time to find the right fit for her. He was responsive and caring. He truly wants what’s best for patients and strives to create a joyful and fulfilling life for the patients served with Bee at Home services.
Bee at Home provided very professional services for my husband for 9 months. The caregivers were excellent and well trained. The service and staff were really excellent and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
