Good experience, nice manager Logan.
We are return customers and Logan is the new Manager. We found Logan was Polite, Educational, and Informative. No pressure to purchase. Answered all our questions. This lead to our purchase of two mattress's. Great to have a local vendor with such knowledge and graciousness. If you wish to know mattress products Logan is your guy. Mark was extremely helpful! We came in 3 minutes til closing on a Saturday and we’ll Mark wasn’t rude and happily welcome us in. He was honest and upfront even learned something new about mattresses before leaving. Needless to say we walked away with a Serra and pleased with our choice.
I asked Logan a few questions told him what I was looking for and in about 20 mins I decided which mattress was perfect for my situation! It was a delightful, no pressure situation!
Mark Patterson was very professional and knew his details about all the mattresses. I feel I have ordered the right one .
