I had bought a full sized mattress years ago at Bedzzz Express but, I had not been in the store in a while. Today I was looking for a twin set for a 14 year old young man. The young man’s mother was in a terrible accident that will keep her in the hospital for many months. The young man was moving in with his aunt who had a room and bed frame but no mattress set. Excellent customer service! Angel was very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns. She helped me make a decision on which mattress would meet my requirements! Delivery was prompt and well done. I would definitely recommend this store!
We bought a Extra Firm mattress (NOT FROM THIS STORE) and wanted something softer so I went to this store May 9, 2025 and bought a Soft mattress. I was told they were having a Memorial day sale. Come to find out the mattress I bought was a clearance mattress (not stated clearly on invoice), Just CE. When we wanted to swap the mattress for a medium, I was told it would cost ANOTHER $328.90.
