I recently purchased a mattress through the BedzzzExpress store in Pensacola, FL. The salesman there was fantastic. His name is Tracy and he was extremely pleasant and more than happy to answer any and all of the questions my fiancé and I had. He didn’t try to push us into something outside of our price range and tried to match us to a mattress that was in our budget. All in all he is an outstanding salesman. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I purchased a mattress and box spring there, and when I got it home I found that it was too tall for me to get into. I immediately called the store and explained my problem. I was told that there was a smaller box spring that they could order for me, but I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. I was fine with this. They gave me a date of when it would be delivered...that day came and went without so much as a phone call. This happened three more times. When I would call to find... read more
