My friend told me that Gary was the last honest person he knew in the mattress business. That recommendation proved to be right! I was under the gun to get a mattress on my Move In Day. WOW! Customer service raised to a whole new level. I lost the remote to my adjustable bed that I bought 5 yrs ago. Looked online and found a universal remote for $149.00. (Yikes!)Texted the Bedtops store Monday morning. They said they had that remote in stock and there would be no charge. (WHAT?!) Nobody does that. Glad I shopped around. I started online then visited mattressfirm but the costs for a split king adjustable memory foam set up was higher than I thought it should be. So I went to BedTops on Hargrove and saw the same setups (literal exact) for about half the price. Pleasant staff. The only advantage others had was almost immediate delivery and setup. but for double the cost, it wasn't worth it. i went with direct shipping and assembled it myself.
