terrible customer service. thrown away my bed frame which lasted for 11 months, as i it was never replaced. not buying anything from them again.
Good products teamed up with average delivery system. Room for improvement but wouldn't mind going back.

Chloé! Super rude receptionist, not helpful at all. Was screaming on the phone when I was talking nicely. Overall service is horrible. Ordered bed on the 26/11 and will come on 14/12. Better shop elsewhere. This is place is a headache. Most important you don't feel valued as a customer
Terrible service and delivery. Read the Choice reviews on the Avatar and rang to purchase it - to get 10% off. The guy was helpful and after putting me on hold said it was in the Sydney warehouse so wouldn't be delivered to me until early this week. The DHL online "tracking" number is still showing as estimated delivery of the 27th of September. I emailed them on the 5th of October and am yet to receive a reply. I tried calling twice today and after being on hold on both occasions the call then dropped out. Where is my bed??... read more
