We recently ordered a queen size bed for my daughter. This was our second time ordering from bedsonline. The first time was about 12 months ago and the experience was excellent . This time didn’t go quite so smoothly . Firstly the website is slightly confusing. In the past there were bed and base combinations . This time they had no combinations. Prices are excellent. Support staff are OK, improvement on helping people pick the right bed wasn't that great
