Kellie asked what we wanted/liked, price in mind, for a mattress. Took us straight to which she thought would suit. After trying a few different ones we purchased her recommendation. Very professional and explained in detail differences in springs, quality etc. thinking in we'd be all day going place to place and still be undecided, we had a new purchase in about 30mins at our first stop.
