Visited Bedshed Castle Hill today and was assisted by Pree, who provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best quality bed frame and mattress. We really appreciated her time and patience, especially as we took a little while to make our decision, she understood how important it was for us to choose the perfect bed.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Tempur beds at Bedshed thanks to Pree. She was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her genuine care made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Fantastic service—Bedshed is lucky to have her!
Very good service. We got the whole bed suite which included the bed, dresser, mirror, tall boy, side tables and mattress. Excellent service from Mr Pulkit. Highly recommend this store.
