Lied to multiple times from the get-go. All their employees are told different policies on when payments would begin, how long delivery would take, then blame each other for the miscommunication either each other or the customer themselves. Then refuse to satisfy the customers for their mistakes. Refuse to answer the phone and have us running in circles with their credit card company Synchrony (who are also entirely unhelpful). Worst experience I have EVER had purchasing ANYTHING!!!! We visited the West Columbia location on 10/14 after visiting several other big name store looking for a mattress. We began with a female sales clerk who was not knowledgeable of the brand "Golden Mattress" that is sold in the store. To answer many of the questions we asked she had to consult with a gentleman in the back. Beds and such is a great place to shop and buy furniture. The atmosphere is very friendly and when you go in and hear Christian music playing, you know you are in a store with people with integrity. The decor is beautiful and i would love to redecorate every room in my home with items from here. I look forward to seeing all of the new beds and bedding they have and all the extras are great!!!! I would recommend Beds and Such to all of my family and friends!

I bought my daughter the sandy beach bedroom collection. I was told the bedroom would be delivered within 8 weeks of my purchase date. I was hesitant because of the leangthy time frame but chose to proceed with the purchase anyway because my daughter fell in love with the set. I did express my concern when checking out and the owner Darby assured me that the set would be there much sooner than 8 weeks. Darby told me that we could have the set in 2-3 weeks.
