Our Mission: "Premium Home Furnishings, Wholesale Prices". First of all, we are a wholesale store. That makes us easily 30% and sometimes over 40% less expensive than big chain stores. Although we are less expensive, you can still count on quality. All of our furniture/mattresses are the best quality and top of the line product. Second, we are a family ran business working out of a warehouse. By doing this, we are able to have a low overhead on our prices. because they delivered my bed late and it was damaged very disappointed with product there customer service is terrible and by the looks of there face Facebook page I'm not the only one
I had an experience of “bait and switch” with a dresser advertised for $248 and when I inquired about possibly ordering and purchasing the 2 matching nightstands, the price on the dresser went up by $100! When I asked why, I was told the one advertised was a floor model and no more were available. I politely reminded them that their ad still indicated the dresser was for sale at that price and the description didn’t indicate that was the case. No offer to honor the advertised price. Very disappointed in their business ethics
RecommendedWe went to B&M to get a new mattress last year. The owner was great to work with - never pushy, answered all of our questions, showed us all of our options, etc... We ended up buying a Split King with adjustable base (you know - the one we always dream about having!) We have LOVED it! In fact, we were recently on vacation and at our last stop (at a well known chain hotel) we both mentioned how terrible their bed was and how we couldn't wait to get home to our awesome bed.
