Absolutely fantastic experience. After one of the big mail order mattress companies had left me in the lurch for an entire month, I walked into the Beds Galore shop at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon, wanting to order a bed base and mattress for delivery on the same day, Friday evening in a specific time window. Every night I get into bed I thank Kathryn from Beds Galore. I can not recommend these beds enough. The price was right, excellent customer service and so easy to make a decision. These ladies really know their stuff xx
Sold my old bed unexpectedly so phoned Beds Galore and the lovely ladies helped me out straight away and I had a new bed delivered the same day, which is most unusual these days, no waiting weeks for them to order in stock. Very polite, extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Even the delivery men were outstanding, putting my bed together and talking all the rubbish with them. Nothing was a problem 1000% recommend
I Never thought shopping for a mattress would be such a great experience but the ladies at Beds Galore take time with you to find out about your sleeping position, habits and explain the best position for your body no matter the position you prefer. Very friendly ,you do not feel hurried , terrific service that is very hard to come by . I would definitely recommend this business to anyone shopping for a mattress.
