Grrrr – I was so happy about our new bed. Then when it come to delivery and pick up, they pick and chose what they want. After paying for removal, now I have to pay someone else to remove the rest. NOT HAPPY. Sales guy was great and gave us a great deal. Called the "manager" about the pick up issue, and she 'freaked' out. Would not let me speek, and argued with me. Will not be going back, should have just bought a mattress from a furniture place.
I highly recommend Beds America the people there made it very easy to buy a mattress set. they do carries all the major name brands.the Lady at the store made it fun and easy with out any pressure and gave us the deal we were looking for and what we wanted.
great coustomer service , very help full and gave us a great deal – The people at beds america were very helpful gave us options with out presure or a used car sell person. They deliverd the mattres and bedroom furniture when they promissed all of the mercandise was in stock. next day after i bought from them.Thanks Beds America
