I had a fabulous experience at Bedrosians in Anaheim! Warehouse Manager Matt Hidalgo was very friendly and helpful. I had a unique situation I was dealing with, so needed a lot of guidance. I'd also already been to several other tile places and not had any luck. Matt took the time to listen to us, answering all my questions, and offering really good ideas and solutions. Horrible customer service. No one greets you upon entering. Walked around for 20 min with zero acknowledgment despite store being rather empty with only one customer and probably 9 employees.
