The website doesn't say if your items are in stock or gotta wait a week for delivery... Bad business tactics... Can't buy stuff and then wait... If I got to call them to check what's the use for a website?? Just sayin
The selection is rather poor. Some decent options, but not too many. We wanted to check the warehouse sales section 10 minutes before their closing time and were told it was closed already and we couldn’t go there. We drove all the way from Capistrano, which took us about 40 min. I just cannot call it a client-oriented approach. We also called upfront twice and none of their employees were not really able to answer some of the basic questions about the product.
