Rhonda, the wonderful salesperson that assisted us is truly amazing. She was able to find the perfect tiles for our patio and atrium, as well finding the perfect tile for remodeling of two bathrooms for our new cottage. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly so we could take advantage of the 4th of July sale. Her availability was exceptional and went above and beyond by sending us multiple photos of different angles of the different tiles which was helpful in making our final decision. The manager Lonnie and Antonio were amazing. They really worked with us for our outdoor needs and so easy to work with. I will definitely be back for all my future projects.
Dissatisfied.. wife and I came in to buy 2 slabs for our custom home and we had chosen a type.. just wanted to see the selection and they would not move the stack.. as we were walking out they were pulling the roll up door on us... hahah.. 5 min before stated closing time
I had a fabulous experience at Bedrosians in Anaheim! Warehouse Manager Matt Hidalgo was very friendly and helpful. I had a unique situation I was dealing with, so needed a lot of guidance. I'd also already been to several other tile places and not had any luck. Matt took the time to listen to us, answering all my questions, and offering really good ideas and solutions.
