We are happy with the tile we purchased. However, I am very disappointed that after ordering $2,028 worth of tile and grout that I am not be able to return a few boxes of unopened tile. This is an insane policy and we will not purchase from Bedrosian again.
Absolutely disappointed with this company, which markets itself as the 'most customer centric company in the US'. We ordered tile for our bathroom floor. They arrived quickly, but when we opened the first box it was full of tiles that were simply thrown in the box. Many chipped, some broken. Useless. We had also anticipated two different tones of green, but ended up with at least four variations. We returned all of it, because we needed the tile that day for our install.
