Great selection of tile and several friendly staff, but if you don't want to be pulled into the middle of office politics and have your project severely delayed because of it, don't bother buying anything from this store. After spending thousands of dollars on tile at the Morrow GA store, I was rewarded with intentionally delayed orders, finger pointing and miscommunications, along with the most ridiculously unprofessional interactions in a retail store that I've ever experienced. First time Bedrosians buyer here. Very polite staff, but I placed order Sat afternoon and within an hour needed to cancel (unforeseen circumstances). I tried to call customer service but they were closed until Tues. I also emailed two separate email addresses I had for the store and submitted an online form to attempt to cancel (all within an hour of submitting order).
