Oregon Tile & Marble has a great selection. We went to OTM to pick out granite for our kitchen. They had a wonderful selection and an exceptional showroom. I thought the service was excellent as well and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for tile or granite.
Don in sales I went into Oregon Tile the other day to look at the granite they had. I had many questions. I walked into their showroom and was met by Don. He was so patient and spent a lot of time with me. He was so good at helping me coordinate tile with the granite that I thought I might like. Thank you Don for all the help you gave me. Oregon Tile and Marble has Friendly Service I appreciated how helpful the service person was. He helped me pick a grout that would work well with my tile. My only complaint is that I purchased my tile through one of their vendors, and they didn't deliver to the vendor! I had to go pick it up myself!
Over priced and horrible customer service Over priced and horrible customer service!!! I was in this store...one person sitting behind the counter helping a customer...one person on sales floor helping another customer...I looked around for a few minutes...when both of these salespeople were done...no one asked me if I needed any help, had any questions etc. I went up to the counter to ask for a price....if this young woman smiled her face would have cracked off! Terrible customer service They promised an overnight delivery, which I paid for, and what I ordered came 7 days later. They said oh well, it couldn't be help. They said, "That's the contracting business." Great attitude huh?
Tile and Marble Flooring This store is a very large and well-stock store with all kiinds of tile, marble and ceramic flooring products. Everything for the home do-it-yourself or professional installers. They are very helpful, and if they don't have the particular style or color, they will get it for you or refer you to the proper store. Great help.
great help My friend and I went in to Oregon Tile & Marble. We ordered tile and we put it in our kitchen. They told us at Oregon Tile & Marble how to put it down. I am now going to put down tile in my rentals Bathroom.
Largest Selection of Tile in the area I visited Bedrosians during our recent renovation project. They carry more tile, granite, stone, etc. in more styles, finishes and colors than anyone else in the area.
Great place to find stone and ceramic tile This showroom is huge. They have a wide selection of ceramic and stone tiles. They also have a warehouse full of granite slabs. The showroom is very clean and organized. The employees were also helpful. We were able to go home with samples of our favorite tiles and granite to help with our decisions. We had to wait a few days for our specific tile sizes to be shipped to the showroom, but the wait was worth it.
