Steveinie at Bedrosians in Daytona Beach is amazing. I have never built a home before, and figuring out how to do the selections for complex rooms like kitchens and bathrooms is daunting and full of minefields. Steveinie has been extremely helpful, educating me about materials and applications, trying every possible combination, offering moral support when I get frustrated, getting me samples, everything imaginable. Great selection, and even better prices!
Unfortunately their return policy sucks. I went in this week and said we were going to do our shower FLOOR. The staff was helpful and told us to look over the tiles and that they were marked if they were for showers or not. We picked an octagon tile for installation. I contacted the installer and he proceeds to tell me that the tile is too large to use on the floor. He says it has to be sheets of tile no bigger than 2-3 inches per tile.
