Bedrosians in Tucson has a great selection of products and excellent customer service. I really appreciated that there was no pressure—it made the whole process stress-free. They also provide samples so you can take tile home and see it in your own lighting, which is a huge help when making decisions. My sales associate, Lisa, was fantastic. She was patient, listened carefully to what I wanted, and provided excellent service from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Jane is excellent customer service help at the Orange Grove location. She has been a treasure trove of critical information for our projects. I have worked with her for several years.
Worst customer service ever experienced. 1. Minimal contact. However was asked and given 15% discount for first time customers. 2. No texts or emails to let me know if my order arrived at store. I had to call to confirm it was there. 3. No texts, emails, phone calls or salesperson at time of sale advising to pick up tile ASAP because store would be closed for 3 days for 4th of July.
