I'm bit conflicted on this review. I want to leave a 1 star or less review, but Leslie was amazing. She is the sole reason I'm giving a 2 star, She deserves a 5 star, but sadly the overall experience was really bad. We went in ordered everything and Leslie was fantastic. Great variety and very helpful staff. They did everything they can to earn my business.
Ordered shower tile on 9/12. Tile arrived they sent the wrong tile. Reordered. Was told replacement tile would arrive on 10/3. Went to pick up, only to be told the order was cancelled by the company. Reordered, with a ‘rush’ on it. Correct tile arrived on10/24. They were ‘gracious’ enough to deliver it to my home. The man who delivered it (Obed) said the original order was sent as polished but was actually honed. The packaging clearly said honed tile. Bedrosians in Tucson has a great selection of products and excellent customer service. I really appreciated that there was no pressure—it made the whole process stress-free. They also provide samples so you can take tile home and see it in your own lighting, which is a huge help when making decisions. My sales associate, Lisa, was fantastic. She was patient, listened carefully to what I wanted, and provided excellent service from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
