I started when when another branch manager ran the kent warehouse it was great no drugs or drinking beer in the parking lot on breaks. It all changed when they hired the new manager. It was like night and day. I worked there almost 2 years and saw a huge decline in management and people who care I didn't even want to show up anymore

Bad services. We want to return an additional box of tile we bought and the sales person refused to accept our return however she said to accept it when we made the order.
