The Santa Rosa Bedrosian Team is excellent and was so helpful in guiding me through my tile selection. Melanie’s design skills are extraordinary as is her knowledge of the trade. Devin’s knowledge of the tile industry is amazing. Samantha was so giving of her services during the process. The Team is professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience with Samantha at the location. She was helpful and she made it so easy for us to pick out the right tiles for our bathroom. She is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. She was so kind to go out her way to get us the right samples and delivery on time so that we could get our project moving forward. I recently visited the Santa Rosa Bedrossian's. I was beside myself when I overheard the manager speaking to her staff. She was so rude and unprofessional in every way! Me as a customer should not have heard what I heard. This lady has no business managing people. I hope you do better Melanie!
