Excellent customer service and suggestions. I probably made 4 trips to the store and called 3 times! Each time I was offered help and suggestions which I found helpful each time Katie suggested stile option for my backsplash, I liked her idea!!!!
Terrible customer service. I bought thousands of dollars of tile from the Valley store, they sold me 2 boxes of hexagon tiles that were 1/8th of an inch different in size which does not work for geometric tiles. My tile installer had to rip half of it up and reinstall the correct size, adding cost to my project. I reached out to 2 managers regarding this situation and no one has responded, except to say that variance in tile size is normal and basically that it is not their problem.
