The tile and granite selection is almost overwhelming. Luckily the staff is very helpful and really know their stuff.
They were extremely helpful in selecting materials. Madeline offered great customer service. When there was a delay with the material order, she kept us in the loop and hounded the distribution center to make sure we stayed on schedule.
Bedrosians was very helpful in suggesting which tiles were"in" and which might go with what we have in our house, already.
They had the tile I was looking for for over a year! Worth the trip to Rancho. Nice sales people who called to make sure my project was completed to my satisfaction. Price was good for a one if a kind look.
Really they deserve zero stars. Worst customer service ever! Spent a lot of money on tile. They order the wrong bullnose tile, then tried to lie about it. When that didn't work they tried to convince me it actually matched. After refusing they said they would accept the return but I would have to be charged a restocking fee. After talking to the manager they agreed to wave it but because I paid with a check I will have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund by mail. Funny when my check cleared the bank in less than 24 hrs. Get tile supplier. Quality materials and great service.
I do not know anything about Tile. I admit that right up front. My contractor told me exactly what to get. I went to the showroom and got some help from a salesperson. She understood what I wanted and we found exactly what I needed. Somewhere between us deciding on the tile and the tile getting to my contractor, there was an error. I was specific about the tile I wanted. I wanted ceramic and not porcelain. I ended up with porcelain veneer and garbage. Then I discovered that I could not return it. We have bought a lot of tile over the years, as my husband had been in the tile business at one time and we had previously dealt with a tile dealer that had been a fixture on the westside. But they were bought out & were never the same again. The new owners have only managed to run that old respected business into the ground and most of the loyal customers and longtime employees off. The customer service was not friendly at all & if you wanted to get help it was like you were bothering the people that work there.Also when I ordered my material it took to long to get loaded in my car(2hr).I would not shop here ever again
