What a fabulous place! The owner was extremely helpful, returned our telephone call promptly and verified that he had the item we needed in stock (a heater, which is critical to a waterbed). Couldn't wait for delivery, so we went to the store (120 miles round trip for us) and he had the item ready and waiting.
