actually i spoke to nash and he stayed on the phone with us to help us with our order ,we appreciate that from him .
The support agents they have are wonderful. The support agent I spoke to was named Natalie, and she guided through the process so that I understood how everything worked (e.g., delivery, discounts, etc.) and even put my order together so that it was a smoother process. I found her to be very thoughtful and helpful. Once the order is processed, they have a personal customer service manager assigned to ensure everything continues to go smoothly through to delivery. I would have preferred a better price on this chest. I was adding this last piece to my suite which I purchased 1 year ago. I have the king bed, 2 night stands and a dresser and mirror and only lacked the chest of drawers. It was disappointingly very expensive and I was hoping for a much deeper discount (#bedroomfurniturediscount). The sales representative was able to get me $50 off but that was all.
