We recently purchased a mobile home here to fix up. The management company is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I have seen them interact with other residents and they go out of their way to make sure needs get taken care of. As far as location goes, in my opinion it is perfect. This part of Ruskin is quiet but still close to everything. We still get to see stars at night instead of city lights.
