We recently purchased a mobile home here to fix up. The management company is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I have seen them interact with other residents and they go out of their way to make sure needs get taken care of. As far as location goes, in my opinion it is perfect. This part of Ruskin is quiet but still close to everything. We still get to see stars at night instead of city lights.
Way to hard to figure out how to pay lot rent
We moved here 1/1/2022. We really like it here! It's quiet,both day n night. Neighbors are friendly enuff. Most folks stick 2 themselves. Rents totally affordable. Just wish we could put up some type of privacy fencing. Don't like feeling like I'm on display in my backyard. Close 2 everything I need incl. my work!! Feel lucky 2 have a nice size yard...most don't! Some r very small! Also glad we have our own washer n dryer as there isn't any laundry facility. Some parks have pools...we do not.
