We've always been a family business, even before we were called Bedrock Quartz! Originally, David Jorgensen (president of Bedrock) started a company called Topcraft in 1976 to provide laminate countertops to builders. He succeeded in his business by focusing on two things: quality (because nobody likes shoddy work, especially the craftsman) and timely service (since nobody likes hanging around a half-finished kitchen). I loved working with the employees at Bedrock Quartz. Their granite countertops are gorgeous! The entire process of replacing my old countertops was far easier than I thought it would be. Their employees were great to work with. From the very beginning they gave me a great timeline of things to expect. The process followed the timeline perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my granite.
We shopped around to find the best value and quality granite for our kitchen remodel. Bedrock Quartz had better prices than the big box stores, and had much better customer service than competitors. We were in a rush to get the countertops installed in time for a family reunion party, and they were able to work with us and get the installation completed by the deadline. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE !!!! We had a very disappointing experience with Bedrock Quartz. Their salesman gave us a commitment date he knew wasn't possible. After not keeping their commitment we contacted them only for him to tell us they sold a "larger, more important" job that "took priority". I asked him why he would set a false expectation he knew they wouldn't be able to keep, when he knew the schedule was the reason why we chose to use them. Spent over $4,000 on marble counters they installed a top with a small hole and scratches and forgot a piece. Terrible customer service took them over a week to get back to us to fix scratches and small hole. Terrible customer service, very poorly run businesses, lots of miscommunication and mix up WOULD NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND !
