Total Scam Artist. DO NOT TRUST JIM. I contacted Jim trying to locate my exfiance. He took my basic information and the information I had on her. He called me back several hours later and said he did not want to take the case. He then provided me a bunch of false information regarding her whereabouts being in another state.
