So far living in this community, about 3 years the lot rent keep rising! Don't these people who own the property have any heart! Lot rent increases every October! How about giving us a break from this nonsense!

Very well maintained nice place to live at 55 plus community
Absent management. Trash isn't picked up. Lawn isn't mowed. It's been months since trimming around the homes was done. Water is always going out, but rent went up 13% this year. Don't buy a home here!
