Very well maintained nice place to live at 55 plus community
Absent management. Trash isn't picked up. Lawn isn't mowed. It's been months since trimming around the homes was done. Water is always going out, but rent went up 13% this year. Don't buy a home here!
Since Bedrock acquired this property lot rent has increased $250 in two years. Lawns get overgrown weeds are knee deep at times. Landscaping is hit or miss. Only provide Part time management and maintenance. Water is off with boil water notice 5-6 days at a time. No back up generator for the private well water system and sewer plant maintenance. Previous owners were 💯 better even with their short comings.
