Bedrock homes was great right off the bat but once they had our money it all went downhill. No body seems to have answers or solutions to problems / issues that are raised and it’s always “contact this person, contact that person”. Appointments will be set-up but not followed through on. They will tell you that they will fix your rough grade but never show up. I had a great experience with Bedrock homes. You can tell that they build quality homes and stand behind what they build. They're not taking short cuts. Ask them about the blue goo to seal the windows! I might have found a cheaper home with another builder, but I was happy paying for quality and support.
Its pretty dishonest how a Bedrock Homes house i was looking at online for months now was $599,900 in Cambrian. But now I notice bank rates are starting to come down and now the house is $649,900 and it shows a price in red crossed out showing $652,984. I understand they have promotions but this is super dishonest as the original price is up now too.
