Customer service was poor at best. Extremely unprofessional and to be fully transparent, verbally abusive. If your values include misogyny, agism, condescension, pejorative behavior and derogatory language you'll be right at home. I'm of the mentality that the quality of your customer service defines you as a business and Bedrock is the definition of unacceptable customer service.
