In my opinion: 5 Stars: Price, Slab Layout, and Seams 4 Stars: Installation 1 Star: Customer Service (poor) Would I recommend Bedrock to a friend? Yes absolutely, just understand that customer service may still be a challenge to Bedrock. My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Installer's dropped one of the sinks breaking it requiring a 2nd visit when the replacement sink arrived. Bedrock paid for replacement. This place does some great work! They completely changed our kitchen! we love it!!!!! Customer service was great and fast. I would highly recommend them!
They sold us a bad product. Their customer service is even worse. The countertop won't seal correctly. They offered to replace the product after many complaints, then after we picked a new slab out with the owner, he later said we would need to pay for removal/reinstall. Then he basically blamed my family for the reason it wouldn't seal and called us slobs. I will go to a big box next time.
