Terrible customer service. Repeat customer from Sarnia flagged a concern with quartz seams on fireplace front. Once I paid the remaining balance the Bedrock owner indicated he would follow up and have someone address the poor job with seams. Have called numerous times for follow up but owner now refuses to get back to me. Customer Service sucks, stay away from Bedrock.
Terrible immoral owners with greedy intentions. Lives large and steals larger. Narcissistic little frat thief. Gordon is a con artist. Look at these reviews. Takes your money and gives you no products in return

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Gordon Parmenter and Butch Rummel are new age con artist thieves. Horrible human beings that take from the working man and pay their attorneys with your money while they sue you.
Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. The immoral and unethical ideology that this company practices, is mind boggling. The CEO/Owner Gordon Parmenter will take your deposit and three days later tell you that your cabinets are bad and your refund is non-refundable. No granite was cut-ever and when you post on social media his immoral and scandalous methods, he sues you. It’s the Gordon Parmenter lawsuit business, not the granite business. Buyer beware, he is a greedy person.
i read reviews but very seldom write one Bedrock installed a very good product at a good price. install was delayed a few day but proper notification was given. good workmanship. Very satisfied after 1 year
After 5 yrs of Bedrock's granite kitchen installation, the sink fell down. Prior to the fall we noticed large sticks with dried glue attached falling into the cupboard. I called Pt. Huron, MI, spoke to a clerk who told me that the warranty expired a month prior and their cost to fix was exhorbitant. I then spoke to a so-called manager who was USELESS with customer service. We had it TOTALLY & PROFESSIONALLY reinstalled for half of Bedrocks price. All you 5 Star raters wait a few years before you post USELESS praise.
The slab and customer service was excellent! They did everything and explained everything in detail of what will happened. Our kitchen turned out beautiful!! Thanks to bedrock. I definitely recommend them and will definitely do business with them again in the future!!
Nice granite but not nice people to deal with. Very unprofessional. Reckless installers. Poor customer service. The good news: the local granite companies' prices are more competitive now because of them.
