Burt, the owner of Bedrock Granite is a true professional in every way. He is knowledgeable, and stands behind his work—the buck stops there. We had a large kitchen quartz countertop and island job with a couple hiccups but Burt was right there to make it right and stand by his excellent work and old school values and integrity. Carlene was most helpful too. His workers are outstanding; I can’t say enough about this business!! Mal Ryan
Kind of a weird experience with them. I called them to repair a seam on my quartz countertop. They said it could be repaired and their installer called me and sounded very knowledgeable. What was weird was he asked me for cash. We set up an appointment time. He apparently got tied up..totally understandable.But he never responded to any messages or calls again. I did not originally have the install the countertop.
