Burt, the owner of Bedrock Granite is a true professional in every way. He is knowledgeable, and stands behind his work—the buck stops there. We had a large kitchen quartz countertop and island job with a couple hiccups but Burt was right there to make it right and stand by his excellent work and old school values and integrity. Carlene was most helpful too. His workers are outstanding; I can’t say enough about this business!! Mal Ryan
Kind of a weird experience with them. I called them to repair a seam on my quartz countertop. They said it could be repaired and their installer called me and sounded very knowledgeable. What was weird was he asked me for cash. We set up an appointment time. He apparently got tied up..totally understandable.But he never responded to any messages or calls again. I did not originally have the install the countertop.
We are so glad we went got our Quartz countertops here! Carlene and the owners were so nice and helpful through the entire purchasing process. PLUS I'm shocked at how good the seams look. Especially the seam at the sink...it is near invisible. I'm very glad we went with their recommendations for both seam placement and veinmatch.
Went to 3 other businesses to get an estimate, this was by far the most helpful . All the steps they go through to get you a quality product in your home and installed could not have gone better. We are thoroughly happy with choosing Bedrock Granite.
Bedrock Granite was so easy to work with through the whole process. From picking our slab, their team taking measurements, to install, everything was smooth. The knowledge, professionalism and communication was unmatched. We are so happy with our granite and are so grateful for Bedrock for giving us such a great experience.
