Bedrock Granite was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They had a great selection in their showroom and also took the time to guide us to other places they work with so we could view even more slabs. We ultimately chose our granite from Stonex, and Bedrock Granite supported us every step of the way throughout the process. Excellent people from start to finish. Had both bathrooms done. From tearing out. Replacement. Plumbing. Painting. Final finish. They are fantastic to work with. Very professional and conscious about the final outcome. Highly recommended!
Everybody was great to work with and very helpful in this company until you get to the crew. The crew we got was very unprofessional, did not clean up after themselves, and made a lot of mistakes. There was miscommunication on both ends, for which we will also take blame, but at the end of the day, all that matters is the work that was done, and we were not satisfied. Everything was great, up until installation. Installation quality was poor. Poor color matching with seam adhesives. Poor seam placements. Incorrect pitching of thresholds. When we first called to share concerns, the same technicians were sent back to “fix” the issues. We then had pieces reinstalled that were chipped. There owner came the 3rd time to resolve the issues.
