Everybody was great to work with and very helpful in this company until you get to the crew. The crew we got was very unprofessional, did not clean up after themselves, and made a lot of mistakes. There was miscommunication on both ends, for which we will also take blame, but at the end of the day, all that matters is the work that was done, and we were not satisfied. Everything was great, up until installation. Installation quality was poor. Poor color matching with seam adhesives. Poor seam placements. Incorrect pitching of thresholds. When we first called to share concerns, the same technicians were sent back to “fix” the issues. We then had pieces reinstalled that were chipped. There owner came the 3rd time to resolve the issues. Wow! Kurt and Jennifer are amazing people to work with. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed with the quote and was guided as to how to stay in budget. Within 2 business days the installer made contact. We remodeled large bath/laundry room. We will be back for our small bath and a large kitchen island. Will update with photos.
