Total slumlord allowed rodents all throughout the property did nothing to help with it nor reimburse for washingmachine/dryer
We purchased a $2400 granite stone for our bathroom. The stone cracked during installation near the sink. The owner presented me with a signed contract stating that "rail" cracks are not a means for replacement and refused to do anything. Make sure you understand what a rail crack is. It is NOT a small crack. It is any crack that forms around any cutout. If you are ok with cracks around any cutout, then I'm sure Bedrock would work for you. We have used Bedrock for 3 different projects, Kitchen, Bar, and a work area. They have been fantastic to work with! Even with some unforeseen obstacles thrown my way they took the time to make sure we would be happy and satisfied! We recommend them for all your countertop needs! THANK YOU!!!
There customer service is terrible. They do not return phone calls or emails if you have problems. They do not require both spouses to sign off on the project resulting in unhappy clients. Overall the product is very nice but the entire experience was terrible and I would not recommend.
We are very happy how it all turned out. Great service!
