Excellent tradesman did a very thorough and professional job at our property in Subiaco. Max clearly communicated everything and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. Max over engineered the retaining wall above specifications and went well beyond expectations in terms of the finished product. The place was left spotless and the job was pristine. Interesting to read the engineer's take on work completed: It appears that when the wall was installed the builder has built up against the back of the panel and post fence instead of taking the wall down its correct depth. This act could be reasonably considered as negligent, as the wall panel in this section does not have the necessary mass to act as retaining wall.
