This is an older community very Dated. Doesn't look like there into upgrading the community. Was looking for a winter home for parents.

Dogwood Acre's is owned by Bedrock Communities, and they are a awful organization, they buy mobile home parks, and they do nothing to improve them they don't care about the homeowners (residents) I know because I lived in one of their communities. The parks they own may have an HOA association, but they still give the HOA board a very hard to to get anything done, they lie to the residents and they raise the rents and do nothing for the parks they own.
