Neat and clean
We are in Michigan, buying a trailer in Bedrock Dogwood community. After a week long headache of trying to send our application fees, we had to finally, Zelle the application fees to our real estate agent. In order to get payment to your property manager. My suggestion is, there's got to be a way to electronically send the fees. We almost changed our minds about buying in Dogwood because this was so much trouble. We are excited to finally be a part of this community.
Everything is good so far, but I do have a suggestion. We applied from out of state and had a very hard time paying the application fee. We finally had to wire the fee to the realtor office and then they had to take the money order to the Bedrock office. That was after two days of trying to figure it out. There has to be an easier way for out of state families trying to move into Bedrock. I myself, almost decided to buy somewhere else. Carmen at the Ocala site was wonderful and she helped us a lot. Thanks again Carmen.
